We are providing a unique opportunity for a company/individual/consortium to run Galeri’s Café Bar provision on licence.
The Café Bar is central to Galeri’s vibrancy, providing a locally sourced and freshly cooked food and drink provision to a wide range of customers, including:
- Regular Café Bar users
- Over 50 members of staff working in the building daily (Monday-Friday)
- Cinema and theatre audiences
- Individuals/groups who attend meetings, conferences, classes and/or rehearsals
- Passing trade (on the Wales Coastal Path or to/from a medical appointment for example)
The offer, for an initial 5 year licence agreement includes the:
- Kitchen and kitchen equipment
- Food serving areas of over 200m2 and existing furniture
- Stores / cellar
- All front of house equipment (i.e coffee machines, EPOS tills, fridges etc )
There is a genuine opportunity to take full advantage of Galeri’s location, existing customer base and exceptional reputation as one of Wales’s busiest venues to develop the food and drink provision.
Historically over 250,000 people have visited Galeri annually.
