Salary: £27,000 – £29,500 (pro rata)

We’re looking for an organised, creative and proactive individual to lead on the planning and delivery of Galeri’s creative projects. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of participatory and engagement work that makes a real difference to communities across Gwynedd and beyond.
As the Creative Coordinator: Projects, you will manage projects such as Sbarc, Lleisiau Llawen, Cain and Symud - ensuring each one is planned, delivered and evaluated effectively. You’ll work closely with artists, partners, freelancers and funders, ensuring projects meet funding requirements and reflect Galeri’s artistic vision. We’re looking for someone flexible, energetic and highly organised, with excellent communication skills in both Welsh and English.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.

We’re looking for a highly organised coordinator with a passion for the arts to support the development and delivery of Galeri’s live programme. This is an opportunity to join a team that brings high quality gigs, theatre, comedy and cinema to Caernarfon.
As the Creative Coordinator: Programming, you will help plan and manage the day to day artistic programme - from confirming dates and scheduling spaces, to preparing contracts, event briefs and risk assessments. You’ll work closely with artists, agents, touring companies and film distributors, ensuring all information is accurate and shared with the relevant teams. We’re looking for someone confident, detail driven and fully bilingual, with a strong understanding of live events workflows.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.
