Geiriau'n Dawnsio: Cerddi'r Corff

A special session by the Cain dance group to close a new project that has combined words and movements, dance and poetry.

After a period of working with the poet Gwion Hallam and the choreographer Cai Tomos, Galeri’s dance group for the over 60’s is ready to show what they have been doing. Body rhythms and poems become one in a live project created by the group themselves. This is an opportunity to see and hear the new physical poems that have emerged from the project.

“Poems do not come from the head, but from the bones – from the body. From the rhythms and movements of our living.”

Organised through the Literature Wales Words and Wellbeing programme.
